nutritional smoothies For a number of years now I’ve really enjoyed creating and trying out all types of nutritional smoothies. This is one of the recent nutritional smoothies I’ve put together and I have to tell ya it’s one of the better tasting smoothies I’ve done. Looking at the ingredients you wouldn’t think it would taste good but the raisins and kiwi brings out the great flavor in my personal opinion. Good taste set aside the nutritional power punch you get from this smoothie as you can see from the nutritional details below is quite astounding! Include one of these smoothies in your diet one or more times each week and you’re bound to feel more energy and see better results as you exercise. I’ve personally seen a huge difference in my energy levels each week by having a power packed smoothie full of raw living foods that are great for the body.

This Superfood Smoothie I call the Chia Seed Berry Greens Smoothie:

  • 2 Cups Organic Kirkland Rice Milk
  • 1 Scoop Organic Bio Fermented Brown Rice Protein from Sun Warrior – 16 grams protein
  • 1 Scoop Plant Protein Sun Warrior Blend 17 grams Protein
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 4 Frozen Strawberries (from Costco)
  • 1 Cup frozen Marion berries ( from Costco)
  • 1 Cup frozen blueberries ( I buy mine from Costco)
  • 2 Tbs Chia Seed
  • 1 Tbs flax seed
  • 1 Raw Kale Stalks (wash & clean well)
  • 2 Raw, Fresh Collard Green stalks (wash & clean well)
  • 1 Raw kiwi (scooped out with a spoon)
