How To Lower Blood Pressure Naturally

High Blood Pressure (HBP). It’s sad to see millions of people, even children, on HPB medication because it is so easily reversed.

So, let’s get started.

About 70 million American adults (29%) have high blood pressure—that’s 1 in every 3 American adults. It greatly increases the risk for heart disease and stroke, the first and third leading causes of death in the United States.

WHAT IS HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE?

Here’s the vitalist view of  what HPB is.

The body is not able to get nutrients and oxygen to the cells in the body.

It’s the bodies defense against blockages on the arterial walls.

SO WHAT HAPPENS?

If you are trying to communicate to someone but the signal is kinda fuzzy or it’s too soft what do we usually do? SPEAK LOUDER! Since the cells in the body and the brain aren’t getting enough nutrients the brain will send signals to the central nervous system to up the pressure so the brain and all the trillions of cells can get nutrients and oxygen.

You’ve heard of cholesterol. And how LDL is the bad cholesterol? I’m here to tell you that there is not bad cholesterol. The body would not produce something that is bad for you.

Here’s how simple this is.

When you eat processed foods, especially ones that have been deep friend, you release what’s called free radicals into your body. Free radicals are a molecule that has gone bad and they destroy cells and break down the body. They age the body faster and cause all sorts of problems. Eat bad food long enough and you will start to weaken the arterial walls and if that happens then you burst your arteries and bleed out.

BUT

Our bodies are very intelligent and they create what’s called LDL cholesterol.

This is what saves your life.

This cholesterol will come along and start to act as a bandaid and patch itself over the wounded area to heal it but at the same time making the arteries and veins smaller. Since you have been eating bad for years the arteries and veins get blocked up and you have heart attacks, strokes, heart disease etc… Now, when the doctors go and cut you open what do they see??

LDL CHOLESTEROL!!

They point and say LOOK! cholesterol is BAD!!

Little do they know

HERE’S THE ALLOPATHIC APPROACH

Remember, my view is that of a vitalistic view. So I will help people to work with the body and not control or suppress it. The medical community does the exact opposite of that. They suppress. They will give people what are called beta blockers?

What do those do? They block betas! haha. 😉

They block the signal from your brain to the central nervous system… Just like all other medications do, they cover the root problem. The body needs to be cleansed and not having signals blocked. 800,000 people die each year from beta blockers and I’m sure there is more than that.

Beta blockers will cause the following symptoms:

-Depression

-Nightmares

-Bronchial spasms

-Elevated cholesterol

-Dizziness

-Loss of energy

-Fatigue

-Impotence

-Worsening of congested heart failure

-High blood pressure

-Death

They will also prescribe digitalis and what does that do? It is a diuretic so it makes you get rid of the water content in your blood! Most people with high blood pressure are not drinking enough water in the first place and now they give them a diuretic.

It also thins the blood. It creates another disease called hemophilia. (the inability for the blood to clot) so now if that person gets nicked with something they bleed to death. What would I give them instead? Hawthorne berries. Regulates the heart rhythm safely. Powerful herb for the heart. And garlic to cleanse the arterial walls.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO DO?

1-DIET

First things first. We have to change our diet. Eating the standard American diet is what got everyone into the situation they are in. So, all you need to do is change your diet and you’ll be set!

You may ask, why do I need to change my diet? one word. oxidation. think of an apple.

When we but it open, the cells of that apple are exposed to oxygen the apple begins to turn brown and immediately break down. Now, Compare that to our body.

Other things that build up. Calcium. We are WAY to over calcified in our modern diet and yet the institute of bone health says that “44 million Americans have osteoporosis”…….. Something is wrong. We are drinking our milk right? We should be getting plenty of calcium….. There are plenty of other foods that have just as much, if not more, calcium than milk.  Here’s the problem. Calcium does get assimilated into the body without other key minerals present that act as catalysts to the calcium.

So We drink tons of milk that has been homogenized and pasteurized and has plenty of calcium, but where’s the magnesium, and silica (to name a few) that will help the body utilize the calcium? The calcium gets absorbed but not used so it deposits around the body. The knuckles, along the artery walls and other random parts of the body. Now you have atherosclerosis and arthritis.

  1. EXERCISE

I can empithize with people that have jobs where they sit all day. Some people wonder how they can get their exercise in. I use my bathroom break and do jumping jax in the bathroom…. Simple as that. If you have a desk job, get out of your chair and do some stretches.  There shouldn’t be any excuse to not get exercise. If you have to be glued to your desk and cant get out of your chair then look into those desk cycles. It’s a little peddling machine that acts like a bike and you can increase blood flow and heart rate that way.

  1. CLEANSING BODY WITH HERBS

 

There are 3 specific herbs that I recommend to people that have high blood pressure.

1-Hawthorne berry syrup. This herb is INCREDIBLE for the heart. It’s food straight for the heart. If you deal with HBP your heart takes a beating.

2-Garlic. Garlic acts as the cleanser of the arterial walls and will heal get rid of the cholesterol that is stuck to the sides. It is also LOADED with antioxidants! Why is that good? Just like I talked about earlier. We want to avoid oxidation in the body. That’s why we want to eat foods that are high in antioxidants to get rid of the bad guys and strengthen the body.

3- Cayenne pepper. This herb is incredible. I cannot tell you enough good things about his herb. Most people hate it because it’s hot. But if you have HBP this herb can save your life. It cleanses the blood and also increases the blood pressure naturally. So while the Hawthorne heals, the garlic cleanses/heals the cayenne will acts as a catalyst and helps those herbs be more effective and increases the blood flow.
